Services & Rates

We offer the following professional services at our regular flat hourly rate, except where noted:

  • producing
  • tracking
  • editing
  • mixing
  • mastering
  • song-writing
  • drum lessons
  • session playing (drums, guitar, bass, cello)
  • instrument tech / setups *(contact for pricing)
  • instrument rental *(contact for pricing)

Our rates are all-inclusive and cover usage of the facility and an engineer. We offer a flat hourly rate as well as a daily lock-out rate for full-day sessions. Special project rates are available by request on a case-by-case basis.

Standard Hourly Rate:

$50/hr

Lock-out:

$450/day (10-hour session)
